1 General
★ All my drawings will include a watermark that you may not remove.
★ Prices are subject to change.
★ I reserve the right to reject anything that I feel uncomfortable with (e.g. X dressed as Y, random crossovers).
★ Do not rush me, and PLEASE be patient.
★ I have a strong preference of drawing OCs, but I may draw canon characters if you don't have an OC.
★ You must present a clear reference of your OC, whether drawn by you or by another artist.
★ I won't accept OCs that are recolors of canon characters, made with Kisekae, Picrew, Gacha, AI tools, etc.
2 Payment
★ I accept payment through PayPal, CashApp (US & UK only), and DeviantArt Points ($1 = 100 points).
★ I accept USD currency. Payment with foreign currencies are subject to conversion fees.
★ Payment must be full. No partial payment accepted.
★ Do not make any payment until I determine the final price.
★ PayPal and CashApp addresses must be sent in private for confidentiality.
3 Process & Delivery
★ I will notify you when I have started sketching your commission.
★ Revisions are only requested in the sketching process.
★ NO REFUNDS once I begin inking your commission.
★ During the process, you will be sent WIPs of your commission.
★ The time to finish your commission ranges from 1-3 months (or longer depending on my circumstances).
★ You will receive the final product, a full-resolution, JPEG/PNG image once finished. No physical product.
4 Copyright & Usage Policy
I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork. Therefore, I can use my artwork with purposes of:
★ Promotion
★ Display
★ EntertainmentThe buyer is allowed to:
★ Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed on otherwise.
★ Use the artwork to promote themselves. Credit is required.These are considered copyright infringement:
★ Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed on otherwise.
★ Profiting off my artwork in terms of money and cryptocurrency/NFTs.
★ Removing my watermark.
★ Altering the artwork without consent.
★ Feeding my artwork into AI generators/Using my artwork in AI training.
5 Customer Satisfaction
★ I will try my best to make customers happy.

Any buyer who breaks any of the terms aforementioned will lose all rights to the commissioned artwork and will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
